  • INITIATE THE PROCESS
    The society to approach RISE with all the required details and documentation.
  • FEASIBILITY STUDY

  • APPOINTMENT OF DEVELOPER
    Getting written consent for appointment of RISE and signing the necessary agreements.


Stage 2

  • DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
    Preparation of unit plan, layout and elevation as per the requirement of members.
  • LAND & REVENUE WORK
    Obtaining the title search report and preparation of various undertakings required for approvals.
  • BUILDING PERMISSION
    Obtaining necessary approvals from respective authorities for architectural plans.
  • PROJECT FINANCE
    Arrangement of loan from financial institutions. based on the project report.
  • RERA REGISTRATION
    Obtaining the RERA registration and uploading all the relevant documents including the project's Commsencement Certifcate.
  • VACATING THE PREMISES
    Moving out the existing society members on receipt of Commencement Certificate and handing over of the premises to developer.


Stage 3

  • SSALES & MARKETING
    Preparing and finalising a comprehensive sales strategy for additional units.
  • CONSTRUCTION & MONITORING CASH FLOW
    Ensuring quality and workmanship, and monitoring timely completion of the project.
  • POSSESSION & ENROLLMENT OF NEW MEMBERS
    Handing over the premises to old & new members on obtaining Occupancy Certificate and handing over corpus to the society.
